LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Jacksonville-area law firm to recruit an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid role in Jacksonville, FL. You will support case strategy, trial preparation, and day-to-day litigation tasks within a dynamic civil litigation team.

Responsibilities include coordinating depositions, drafting pleadings, managing calendars, and handling discovery with a focus on accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Insurance defense background strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of court procedures and litigation deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple matters while maintaining accuracy.
• Independent work ethic with a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
• Draft and manage pleadings, subpoenas, motions, and other legal documents.
• Maintain litigation calendars and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• File documents in both state and federal courts using e-filing systems.
• Analyze and summarize medical records, billing records, and deposition testimony.
• Organize case files, discovery materials, and exhibits.
• Track cases from intake through resolution.
