Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP invites a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join our Austin office on a hybrid basis. You will support attorneys from case inception to post-trial with research, discovery, and trial preparation, while maintaining rigorous document control and client service.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in litigation, superior communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, including overtime when needed. This role reports to the Business Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal studies preferred.
• Certificate in Paralegal studies from an accredited institution is a plus.
• Certified Paralegal credential is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of Litigation Paralegal experience in a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation from onset through post-trial.
• Maintain well-organized case documents and materials throughout matters.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and written responses; prepare expert discovery.
• Coordinate document reviews and trial exhibits; track review progress.
• Prepare memoranda, summaries, and cite-checking of briefs and filings.
• Support law and motion practice; assemble pleadings and ensure proper service.
• Assist with trial preparations, calendars, and witness coordination.
• Maintain timely timekeeping records and assist as needed.
