Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a hybrid role. You will support attorneys through all litigation stages, manage case materials, and assist with discovery, depositions, and filing procedures.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in a litigation paralegal role, strong research and drafting abilities, and exceptional organization. A remote-friendly, collaborative environment with team training opportunities is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal studies certificate preferred.
• Certified Paralegal a plus, related legal certifications encouraged.
• Experience in a law firm with litigation exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation from onset to post-trial.
• Oversee document organization, case materials, and room setup.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and document productions.
• Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and notices.
• Coordinate filings, service, and court rules compliance.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness schedules.
• Maintain timekeeping records daily and support post-trial filings.
