Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in trial preparation and knowledge of the litigation process.
• Experience with e-discovery and document management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation from filing to post-trial.
• Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and case assessments.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and correspondence.
• Organize documents and manage productions in databases.
• Prepare materials for court filings and hearings, including exhibits.
• Support trial prep by organizing evidence and scheduling witnesses.
• Coordinate depositions and transcript management.
• Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines.
