Responsibilities include handling litigation assignments, preparing reports, and developing trial strategies, with opportunities to collaborate across teams while maintaining ownership of files.

Formación

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Active license to practice law in Indiana and in good standing with the State Bar of Indiana.

Responsabilidades

• Handle litigation and other legal assignments per the Law Department guidelines.
• Prepare and summarize reports for proceedings.
• Develop trial strategy and case development.
• Attend litigation events including trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
