Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in CA in good standing
- Minimum 3 years in litigation, focusing on insurance coverage, professional liability, or construction litigation
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters, including insurance coverage and professional liability
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop litigation strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for trial readiness
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations with persuasive advocacy
- Advise clients on rights, risks, and potential case outcomes
- Maintain proactive client communications and manage expectations
- Collaborate with team members to drive the firm's success
