Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle business and commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in court appearances and motion hearings.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial strategy.
