University of Nevada, Las Vegas Lifelong Learning seeks an Enrichment Program Specialist to support the enrichment unit across personal enrichment courses, OLLI, and conference services. The role drives sustainable, high-quality programs, enhances membership and revenue, and supports governance and event initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1-2 years in lifelong learning (or closely related field), education, volunteer, healthcare, and/or non-profit organizations.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate a broad portfolio of personal enrichment courses, OLLI classes, shared interest groups and related programming.
• Develop, document and implement processes to meet demands and provide a sustainable and iconic experience for students, members and community.
• Budget, fiscal, and student/member experience management; identify additional funding sources.
• Collaborate with university academic departments, business and industry, government, education, and other partners.
