CVS Health seeks a compassionate Customer Service Representative to assist customers with benefits and claims, educate them on options, and resolve inquiries with empathy. You will help doctors, hospitals, and providers, delivering reliable support and a positive experience.

You will use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, maintain confidentiality, and ensure high satisfaction for members and employers in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to commute to Hartford office
