Job summary

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Agency Field Support Distribution and operates in a hybrid setting with in-office days required.

The ideal candidate will handle multi-state licensing, collaborate with sales management, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate license records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or service.
• Demonstrated administrative experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication, organization skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math and statistical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averages and algebra).

Responsibilities

• Maintain producer licensing and renewals in all states for employees in multiple jobs within the organization as needed by state law.
• Coordinate with sales management to acquire and maintain records, schedule examinations, complete online applications, and ensure timely license issuance and renewals.
• Coordinate producer appointments in states where required using an online platform and track renewals.
