Job summary

American Family Insurance Agency Staff is seeking a Licensing and Compliance Coordinator to manage producer licenses and renewals across states, coordinating appointments and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Agency Field Support Distribution.

The position offers an hourly compensation range of $25.00 to $31.88, is based in a hybrid work model, and includes relocation support for eligible candidates. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or service.
• Demonstrated administrative experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication, organization skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math and statistical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain producer licensing and renewals in all states for employees as needed by state law.
• Coordinate with sales management to maintain records, collect information, and ensure timely license acquisition and renewal.
• Coordinate producer appointments and track renewals where required.
