Geode Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our rapidly growing team in the greater St. Charles area.

You will diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the full spectrum of care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate services and deliver evidence-based treatment. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days telehealth, giving you flexibility while building your patient caseload.

Qualifikationen

• Active license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, or LPC) in Illinois.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining up-to-date electronic health records.
• Desire and ability to treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.
