Job summary

Geode Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose, treat and provide psychotherapy for diverse mental health conditions in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will collaborate with an integrated care team, coordinate care, and contribute to crisis intervention when needed.

The role supports a hybrid work model with three days onsite and two days Telehealth, allowing flexible scheduling and a focus on delivering evidence-based, outcome-driven care.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed therapist in Texas
• Passion for high-quality care
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Proficient in EMR systems and maintaining up-to-date patient records
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Desire to treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions
• Preference for therapists with 1+ year of psychotherapy experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the spectrum
• Provide psychotherapy and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with care teams for coordinated care
• Assist patients in defining goals and gaining insights through personalized care
• Schedule and manage patient care using our hybrid model
• Maintain and document patient progress and outcomes
