Job summary

ARC Health in Denver seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to join our outpatient team. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapies in a supportive setting.

You must hold an active Colorado license and have experience with CBT/DBT. The role offers a hybrid schedule with weekday office hours and some after-hours sessions, plus comprehensive benefits and supervision

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field.
• Active, unrestricted Colorado state license required.
• Strong experience in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently and work with diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Receives referrals and develops tailored treatment plans.
• Provides individual, family, marital, and group psychotherapy.
• Maintains documentation and billing information accurately.
• Collaborates with medical directors and other providers on complex cases.
• Ensures patient safety and makes appropriate referrals for emergencies.
