Denver Wellness Associates seeks an Associate Therapist (LSW, LPCC, or LMFTC) to provide outpatient mental health services. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatments, including individual, family, and group therapies, working with diverse client populations in a collaborative team.

The role supports a hybrid schedule from the Cherry Creek Office with some telehealth. Candidates should have a master’s degree and Colorado licensure, plus CBT/DBT experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy or related field.
• Active, unrestricted associate license: LSW, LPCC, or LMFTC in Colorado.
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently.
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms with adherence to HIPAA.

Aufgaben

• Receives referrals from physicians and mid-level providers.
• Perform initial evaluations of client needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling/talk therapy to scheduled patients utilizing professional counseling standards.
• Formulates differential diagnosis of mild to moderate mental health conditions.
• Formulates short-term and long-term counseling plans for patients under care.
• Consults with medical director and other providers regarding complex patients and medications.
• Identify urgent mental health conditions and refer to emergency or psychiatric treatment facilities.
• Provide documentation of counseling sessions, assessments, interventions.
• Conduct group counseling utilizing CBT.
• Follow up to evaluate and adjust the plan of care.
