Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Paralegal Certification preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the review and entry of legal invoices for the Claims department.
• Manage the Legal Bill Analysts team to ensure accurate billing, correct firm assignments, and adherence to business rules.
• Coordinate with IT and vendor support for legal billing software and workflows.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce billing discrepancies and improve speed and accuracy.
• Provide performance feedback and collaborate with HR on disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools on team performance and external billing costs.
