Job summary

Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies in Pasadena seeks a Legal Billing Supervisor to lead the review and entry of legal invoices for the Claims department. You will manage a team of Legal Bill Analysts, ensure accurate billing, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, with Paralegal certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume review of legal invoices and a team of Analysts.
• Oversee legal billing software setup, user creation, and vendor coordination.
• Plan, assign and direct work; set clear objectives for timely results.
• Implement improvements to rectify billing discrepancies and speed processing.
• Provide performance feedback with HR support as needed.
• Develop and maintain reporting on team performance and costs for Finance/Claims.
• Perform special assignments and projects as needed.
