Job summary

You will develop and manage a team of Legal Bill Analysts to ensure accurate billing, correct claim and firm assignments, and adherence to business rules for processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Paralegal Certification preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the review and entry of legal invoices for the Claims department.
• Manage the team of Legal Bill Analysts and ensure accurate billing, claim and firm assignments.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools on team performance and billing costs for external firms.
