You will ensure accurate billing, right firm assignment, and compliance with business rules in preparation for processing.

The role requires five years of related experience with supervisory capabilities, strong knowledge of legal billing, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal Certification preferred.
• Five years of related experience or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Legal Bill Analysts reviewing invoices and ensuring accurate billing.
• Manage the legal billing software, set up new firms/users, and coordinate with IT/vendor.
• Direct workflow: plan, assign, and monitor tasks with clear objectives and timelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce billing discrepancies and speed processing.
• Provide performance feedback and coordinate with HR for recognition, rewards, or corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain reports on team performance and costs for internal Finance/Claims teams.
• Complete special assignments and projects as needed.
