Job summary

You will ensure accurate data flow between leave vendors, HRIS, and payroll, while supporting open enrollment and inquiries from employees and managers.

The role is hybrid, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, at Republic Services' headquarters in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Excel, auditing large data sets, and data analysis to inform business outcomes.
• Experience in leave or benefits administration and HR operations.
• Familiarity with payroll, benefits vendors, and HRIS.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end daily processing of leave and disability data integrations with third-party providers.
• Serve as liaison with vendor for leave and disability, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
• Assist with benefits questions, enrollment changes, and coordination with payroll.
