Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Excel including auditing data.
• Experience with HRIS/Workday or similar HRIS.
• Experience supporting Open Enrollment or vendor transitions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily processing and validation of leave/disability files with vendors.
• Coordinate vendor communications and resolve service gaps or issues.
• Support benefits administration related to leave events and payroll deductions.
• Ensure accurate data flow between leave vendors, HRIS, and payroll systems.
