STA Family of Companies is seeking a Lease & Asset Management Analyst in Wall, NJ. Hybrid, full-time role managing the company’s vehicle and facility lease portfolio across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring lease data accuracy, timely payments, and proper asset tracking within the accounting system.

The role supports monthly reporting, renewal management, and coordination with Finance, Fleet, lenders, and vendors. A degree in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years of related experience are preferred.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelors in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Experience in lease administration or related field.
• 1-3 years in lease administration or accounting preferred.
• Experience with ERP or lease management systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate lease documentation for vehicle and facility portfolios across the US/Canada.
• Maintain vehicle and facility lease records in Visual Lease, ensuring accuracy.
• Process rent payments, review invoices, and track payment schedules.
• Manage fixed asset lifecycle records and reconciliations with supporting documentation.
• Support audits, capital forecasting, and reporting with schedules and documentation.
