Job summary

Byline Bank is seeking an Associate Asset Manager – Equipment Leasing to drive end-of-term and asset disposition activities. You will focus on vendor and customer relationships, operations, portfolio performance, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires industry knowledge, strong problem solving, and precise execution. A Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 2–4 years in equipment leasing or asset management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years in material handling, equipment leasing, asset management, or financial operations.
• Understanding of fair market values, residual values, and leasing regulations.
• Proficient with Excel, Adobe, and standard software; comfortable with tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-of-term activities including inspections, returns, and renewals.
• Manage end-of-term lease documentation and asset records for audit readiness.
• Calculate and verify buyout quotes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Produce portfolio and inventory reports and monitor performance drivers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Collections, Sales, Credit, and Operations teams.
