• Read, analyze, and interpret commercial lease agreements.
• Abstract lease information and enter data into internal systems.
• Create and maintain tenant account records and billing setups.
• Support CAM, tax, utility, and recovery reconciliation processes.
• Maintain tenant master data, account relationships, and lease-related records.
• Review and validate data requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Research discrepancies and resolve conflicting lease or tenant information.
• Partner with Leasing, Property Management, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance controls.
