Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Lease Analyst in Century City, CA, to join the Lease Administration team. The role focuses on interpreting commercial lease agreements, maintaining tenant data, and supporting billing and recovery processes in a high-volume portfolio.

The position requires prior commercial real estate experience and expertise in lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and related functions. This is a hybrid role with four days on-site and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate required.
• Background in lease admin, abstracting, CAM recoveries or asset mgmt.
• Strong ability to read and interpret contracts and leases.
• Analytical mindset with data accuracy in high-volume work.
• Experience with large datasets and data entry in internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Read, analyze, and interpret commercial lease agreements.
• Abstract lease information and enter data into systems.
• Create and maintain tenant accounts and billing setups.
• Support CAM, tax, utility, and recovery reconciliation processes.
• Maintain tenant master data and lease-related records.
• Review data requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Research discrepancies and resolve conflicting lease details.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Property Management, Operations, and Finance.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance controls.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
