• Develop facilitation structures, activities, and participant materials.
• Create job aids, quick-reference resources, and facilitator guides.
• Translate business needs into learning objectives and content.
• Map content to skills, capabilities, and role expectations.
• Improve materials over time using feedback and deployment data.
