• 2+ years of experience creating and analyzing dashboards, trackers, reports, or operational data sets.
• 1+ years of experience translating complex data into clear insights and executive-ready summaries.

Responsibilities

• Translate learning data, system activity, and outcomes into insights for senior leaders.
• Develop and evolve measurement frameworks for learning and skills development.
• Create stakeholder-ready reporting, dashboards, summaries, and scorecards.
• Define practical measures to track success before, during, and after launch.
• Partner with program owners to connect learning outcomes to business priorities.
