Job summary

ASML in San Diego, CA seeks a Senior Learning Service Coordinator 1 to deliver end-to-end learning administration for programs, courses, and instructor-led or virtual events, including enrollment, communications, logistics, and learner records.

You will manage LMS data, handle ServiceNow requests, serve as the main point of contact for instructors and staff, and partner with Learning teams to translate requirements into effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Learning Operations, Learning Administration, HR Shared Services, or People Operations.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering customer support in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with LMS or enterprise HR tech preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end learning administration and support for learning programs, courses, and instructor-led or virtual events.
• Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, learner communications, instructor coordination, and training logistics.
• Create, maintain, and update learning offerings, events, curricula, and learner records in the LMS.
• Manage learning inquiries through ServiceNow and ensure timely, high-quality responses.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, instructors, and stakeholders on learning administration.
