The role coordinates with third-party facilitators, manages learning logistics, and optimizes learning technology, including the LMS. A hybrid work setup is available, with location flexibility within 50 miles of West Bend, WI.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development role.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving, systems and critical thinking skills.
• Written and verbal communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management across multiple initiatives and on-time delivery.
• Proficiency in organizing and analyzing metrics to drive decisions.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of learning programs from design and communication to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to assess needs and execute targeted interventions (e.g., 360-feedback, change management, team building, coaching, onboarding, career development).
• Develop and execute internal communications plans related to learning programs.
• Evaluate, track and report on program effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
• Curate and manage content/learning paths in the LMS and support ongoing administration.
• Design, develop, and sustain onboarding roadmap for associates and leaders.
• Collaborate with vendors to translate strategic needs and monitor performance.
• Coordinate across HR and business-unit training to align talent programs and early-career efforts.
• Apply a learner-centric, inclusive lens to tools and processes.
