Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in related field and minimum of 2 years training and development experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Strong Camtasia experience preferred.
• Strong Articulate 360 experience preferred.
• Strong FS Pro 2020 V6 experience and SnagIt experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, builds, and implements business-aligned, integrated learning solutions.
• Collaborates with business partners to define outcomes and needs.
• Uses approved processes, tools and templates to standardize development and reporting.
• Maintains all content and participates in quality review processes.
• Contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams and communities of practice.
