Job summary

Chick-fil-A, Inc. is seeking a learning design professional to translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences across digital, virtual, in‑person, and performance-support modalities. You will partner with subject-matter experts and business partners to deliver outcomes.

Required: 4+ years in instructional design, a bachelor’s degree, and comfort with modern learning technologies and AI-enabled approaches. Travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or related field.
• Ability to translate business and learner needs into clear performance outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review complex topics and convert them into digestible learning experiences.
• Define design needs and assets for multiple learning modalities.
• Provide design expertise to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Leverage feedback to improve learning designs and assets.
• Partner with content teams and vendors to develop new learning assets.
• Define evaluation strategies and measure learning outcomes.
