Job summary

Quikaid, Inc. in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support companywide training initiatives and help develop training programs.

You will work closely with the CHRO to learn processes, departments, and culture, then gradually take on more responsibilities related to training functions. The role offers a hybrid work schedule after orientation, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident presenting to and leading groups of employees.
• Ability to collaborate with employees, supervisors, and leadership across the organization.
• Experience creating training presentations, documents, scripts, modules, or other learning content.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and eventually lead companywide new hire training programs.
• Create a welcoming, organized training environment for new employees.
• Lead groups through multi-day training programs while keeping participants informed and on schedule.
• Support in-person and virtual training initiatives.
• Identify training needs with supervisors and leadership.
