Lead content creation, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement while managing timelines and budgets. Collaboration with HR, recruiting, learning teams and business units is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; six (6) years of experience in designing and managing development programs and/or talent management processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic direction input for Early Careers development initiatives.
• Design, develop and assess development sessions and resources aligned to skill models.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across recruiting, HR, Learning & Development, LMS admins and training groups.
• Conduct capability assessments to identify skill levels.
• Create engaging course materials for e-learning and live sessions.
• Measure session effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
