Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and continuously improve enterprise-wide learning programs.
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and solutions.
Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
Develop training plans, onboarding programs, and developmental resources.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and metrics.
Coordinate train-the-trainer programs to build capacity.
Support onboarding, engagement, performance, and change initiatives.
