Job summary

asmodee, a global leader in tabletop games, invites a Training & Development Specialist to join our US team in Roseville, MN on a hybrid basis. You will coordinate and deliver training, develop materials, and support HR programs across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the US HR Director, you will partner with local and global teams to address development needs, manage training administration, and track learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in training and development or HR coordination.
• Degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver local training (virtual and in-person) in US.
• Administer training records and reporting (ADP LMS, learning calendar).
• Support global projects with local change management and communications.
• Draft announcements and learning materials for sessions.
