Job summary

MassMutual is seeking an Insights Strategic Consultant to join the Strategic Planning & Delivery team in Springfield, MA or Boston, MA. This full-time role focuses on data management, reporting, and analysis across the SP&D portfolio to support MassMutual’s strategic goals.

You will develop relationships with Portfolio Leads and Business Owners to manage data, provide insights, and enable executive decision-making through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with management reporting and analysis using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• 2+ years of experience creating dashboards and using data visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis, reporting, and visuals to support decision makers at SP&D leadership levels.
• Offer thought leadership on operationalizing and improving governance and reporting across the program.
• Partner with Wave team and stakeholders to optimize user experience and processes.
• Act as a consultant to Business Owners to resolve data integrity issues or missing data elements.
• Review and analyze execution risk by reporting milestone progress and forecast changes.
• Provide analysis to Portfolio Leads highlighting projects ahead or behind schedule.
• Gather, analyze, and package data to prepare Portfolio Leads for huddles and prioritization sessions.
• Escalate issues to Portfolio Lead as appropriate.
