Job summary

MassMutual in Springfield (hybrid) seeks an Operations Change Management Practitioner to enable successful adoption of large-scale initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design change strategies that deliver measurable business impact and sustain long-term capability.

You will coach leaders to provide the right information, tools, and forums for teams to navigate transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of change management experience with certification (Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent CM certification).
• 2+ years applying structured change methodologies across stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness planning, adoption, resistance management, sustainment, and change metric development.
• 2+ years of experience defining, tracking, and reporting on adoption, readiness, proficiency, resistance, and sustainment metrics to measure change effectiveness and business outcomes.
• 2+ years of experience coaching leaders and managers to become effective change sponsors and champions of organizational transformation.

• Designing and delivering communication and engagement plans that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and foster trust.
• Defining and tracking clear metrics for change effectiveness and sustainability, reporting on progress and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Developing comprehensive toolkits and training initiatives to ensure consistent leadership development in change management.
• Coordinating all aspects of change management support, ensuring every initiative is executed with excellence and care.
• Partnering with other change practitioners across the enterprise to share best practices and learnings.
