Job summary

MassMutual is seeking a Head of Experience Insights & Assumption Management to lead a 10-person actuarial team in Boston or Springfield, MA. The role partners with Corporate Actuarial, business stakeholders and regulators to shape experience analysis and governance across product lines.

You will develop data pipelines, monitoring capabilities, and present complex experience trends and assumptions to senior management, including CFO and executive committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Experience Insights & Assumption Management team and partner with Corporate Actuarial, Product, CFO, ERM and other stakeholders.
• Develop robust data pipelines and monitoring capabilities for experience analysis across MassMutual’s product portfolio.
• Translate experience trends into actionable insights for senior management and committees.
