Elevance Health is seeking a Director for Continuous Value Improvement to lead performance management and operational analytics across the organization. The role focuses on integrating enterprise priorities with leading indicators, scenario analysis, and accountable owners to drive measurable improvements.

The role requires a BA/BS and at least five years in process improvement with four years in management, plus Six Sigma certification.

Qualificações

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years related progressive experience, including experience in process improvement, minimum of 4 years management experience; Six Sigma Certification required or obtained within a reasonable time of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Establish an integrated performance framework linking enterprise priorities to meaningful outcomes, leading indicators, and accountable owners.
• Identify early signals of performance deterioration, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead scenario analysis to evaluate potential operational developments, clarify assumptions, and recommend contingency actions.
• Translate complex findings into concise decision support, including the issue, likely drivers, options, trade-offs, and recommended response.
• Coordinate diagnostic reviews with business and functional leaders to distinguish symptoms from underlying causes.
• Define intervention triggers and escalation recommendations in partnership with accountable business owners.
• Guide analytical priorities and the development of dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reviews.
• Track the effectiveness of interventions and recommend adjustments when results fall short.
• Partner with Finance to align operational performance insights with financial implications and validated benefit measures.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
