Elevance Health is seeking a Director of Continuous Value Improvement. This role requires in-office collaboration three days a week with hybrid flexibility.

The director will lead performance management, scenario analysis, and integrated reporting to drive enterprise value and better outcomes for members. The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in a related field with 5+ years in process improvement and Six Sigma certification; healthcare or regulated environments are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in a related field and minimum 5 years progressive experience in process improvement; or equivalent background.
• Six Sigma Certification required or obtained within a reasonable time of hire.

Aufgaben

• Establish an integrated performance framework linking enterprise priorities to meaningful outcomes and accountable owners.
• Identify early signals of performance deterioration, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead scenario analysis to evaluate potential operational developments, clarify assumptions, and recommend contingency actions.
• Translate complex findings into concise decision support with recommended responses.
• Coordinate diagnostic reviews with business and functional leaders to distinguish symptoms from causes.
• Define intervention triggers and escalation recommendations in partnership with accountable business owners.
• Guide analytical priorities and the development of dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reviews.
• Track the effectiveness of interventions and adjust when results fall short.
• Partner with Finance to align operational insights with financial implications and validated benefit measures.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
