Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with 10+ years in process improvement or equivalent background.
• Healthcare payer space preferred.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge and Black Belt certification or equivalent.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop optimization plans.
• Develop and implement best practices across the organization.
• Create metrics to track performance and goal achievement.
• Serve as internal consultant on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Direct project teams and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
