Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 8+ years in Talent Development or HR with consulting and training responsibilities. Strong facilitation and vendor-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 8+ years in Talent Development or HR with consulting and training aspects.
• Advanced knowledge of leadership and development principles.
• Experience creating virtual learning experiences and facilitating groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and advance leadership development strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Manage leadership programs and facilitate workshops in person and virtually.
• Lead vendor relationships including contract negotiations and guidance on program design.
• Conduct and debrief leadership assessments and translate insights into actions.
• Stay current with external trends in leadership development.
