Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and 8+ years in an operations environment, including 7+ years leading enterprise‑wide projects.
• Experience in chief of staff, enterprise strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or transformation leadership is preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills for presenting transformation updates and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a thought leader for end-to-end process improvements impacting providers, members, and internal end-users.
• Connects critical dots across matrixed organizations and across the Payment Integrity portfolio, including Claims, Health Plans, Operations, Finance, IT.
• Leads strategic initiatives from assessment through implementation with governance to ensure sustainability of improvements.
• Builds consensus across functional areas, conducts root-cause analysis, identifies trends, defines solutions, and communicates value propositions to leadership.
• Creates visibility into priorities, budgets, capacity, release schedules, risks, and dependencies to support decision-making.
