Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Process Improvement Manager Senior for the FEP program. The role involves identifying opportunities, creating best practices, and leading enterprise-wide performance initiatives with a focus on clinical and utilization management.

You will partner with stakeholders, drive metrics, and act as an internal consultant on continuous improvements, with occasional travel to sites. Hybrid in-office and virtual work is supported.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and minimum 8 years of process improvement experience including 3 years at manager level.
• FEP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodology preferred.
• Working knowledge of ACMP, AUMI, CAPI.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop best practices.
• Develop metrics to track performance and goals enterprise-wide.
• Serve as internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives.
