Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Initiative Project Leader for Payment Integrity to drive end-to-end process improvements across providers, members, and internal users. This role requires collaboration across matrixed teams and leadership of strategic initiatives from assessment to implementation.

The position emphasizes executive communication, roadmap management, and coordinating with Finance, IT, Operations, and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and at least 8 years of operations experience.
• Leads large enterprise-wide projects and drives end-to-end process improvements.
• Experience in executive support, enterprise strategy, or transformation leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end initiatives from assessment through implementation.
• Ensures business controls monitor sustainability of improvements.
• Builds consensus across functional areas and defines solutions.
• Provides visibility into priorities, budgets, capacity, and release schedules.
• Plans the rhythm of business, including leadership reviews and town halls.
• Communicates strategic priorities and risk decisions to executive and technical audiences.
• Maintains an end-to-end Payment Integrity roadmap to prioritize work.
