• Masters degree in a health-related field required.
• Minimum of seven years of management or professional business experience in a managed health care system or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of reimbursement policy, coding disputes, and PI initiatives.
• Provide vision and leadership to teams; develop budgets, policies, and change management plans.
• Oversee Reimbursement Policy Committee and liaise with legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders.
• Direct data infrastructure enhancements to support policy development and implementation.
