Elevance Health in Illinois seeks an Initiative Project Leader for Payment Integrity Unified Ecosystem. The role requires in-office presence 3 days a week with flexible hybrid options, coordinating business and technology partners to standardize processes and develop new PI solutions.

You will drive end-to-end initiatives, build roadmaps, manage milestones, and communicate status to executives, while guiding cross-functional teams across Claims, Operations, IT, Finance, and Digital.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an operations environment including 7 years of leading and directing large enterprise-wide projects.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives involving business, product, operations, digital, and technology partners preferred.
• Strong project leadership with milestone management, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional execution.
• Executive communication and ability to build business cases, presentations, and ROI narratives.

Responsibilities

• Leads the PI Unified Ecosystem from assessment through implementation, developing actionable project plans and ensuring business controls are in place.
• Builds consensus across business and technology workstreams and drives cross-functional alignment.
• Establishes program milestones, risks, and recovery plans to move PI solutions forward.
• Communicates program health with data-driven status updates to executives and stakeholders.
