Your Choice Home Buyer in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Junior Acquisitions Associate to learn the seller journey, manage leads, qualify opportunities, and set appointments. You will build a disciplined pipeline focused on front-end processes and lead management, preparing for progression into acquisitions.

In Phase 2, you’ll own seller opportunities through appointment, evaluation, offers, pricing, and contract negotiations.

Formación

• Experience in inside sales or appointment setting is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities with discipline.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with homeowners.

Responsabilidades

• Convert conversations into qualified opportunities and set next steps.
• Follow up on older leads and revive potential deals.
• Maintain a truthful CRM with current notes, statuses, and next steps.
• Demonstrate readiness to transition from lead management to closing duties.
• Advance qualified opportunities through appointments, offers, negotiations, and contracts after promotion.
