Job summary

Carr Talent Acquisition in the Fort Wayne area is seeking a highly motivated Lead Manager to join our acquisitions team. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, building rapport and setting appointments for our acquisitions specialists to move deals toward close.

This is a customer-focused, relationship-driven role rather than a hard-closing sales position. This full-time, in-office role is based at our Fort Wayne-area office.

Qualifications

• Industry background not required; prior car/phone sales or BDC/dealership helpful.
• High volume of daily outbound/inbound calls expected.
• Customer-focused communication style, not a high-pressure closer.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn CRM tools like DocuSign, Dropbox, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Make 75–100 outbound and inbound calls per day to homeowners.
• Build rapport and understand homeowner needs.
• Set qualified appointments for acquisitions team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with acquisitions team and attend daily meetings.
