Job summary

Sargent & Lundy in Warrenville, IL seeks a Lead Project Scheduler for Capital Projects to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for electric infrastructure. You'll partner with project management, client management, engineering, and construction teams to ensure schedules align with scope and budgets.

Using Primavera P6 and other tools, you will analyze critical paths, report deviations, support risk management, and provide regular updates. Willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Post-secondary education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for capital projects.
• Interface with project management, client management, engineering, and construction teams.
• Provide regular project updates and report deviations from baselines.
• Support schedule contingency management and risk identification.
• Travel to client offices for coordination meetings as needed.
